GUN released Swagger in 1994. The album was produced by Chris Sheldon, who had previously worked with 'Therapy?'. The lads embarked on a series of low key gigs, playing places like Calton Studios, Edinburgh and Alloa! Charting at No8, Word Up propelled them back into the spotlight and the single also earned them an MTV award. |

Again the line up changed, with Alex Dickson and Scott Shields leaving and Mark Kerr (brother of Simple Minds' Jim) joining up. Scott went on to play with Baby Stafford and Paul Rodden. More recently he has been producing and featured work in 'Black Hawk Down' and 'Bend it like Beckham'. Scott has also been playing with Joe Strummer and the Mescaleros, helping to complete the last album after Joe, sadly, passed away. |
