Locost front suspension aligner

The aligner is a M8 rod with some nyloc nuts and
   a holding nut ass'y in the middle and a few clamps.
Decide where to place the lower U-brackets.
Adjust to wishbone witdh.
Adjust lower U-brackets to centerline and and height.
Tack weld.
Decide where to weld the upper front U-bracket.
Tack weld.
Adjust to wishbone witdh.
Adjust the rear U-bracket and chassie member U1/U2
   to centerline and right heigth.
Tack weld.
Check and recheck.
Fully weld.
