May 2nd - 5 th Scottish Regional Meet at Kinross Airport

May 22nd - 1st June Temporary Holiday Site Peebles MR 73/242505 BCC Scotland looks forward to welcoming you to Haylodge Park, Peebles for the Spring Bank Holiday weekend and beyond. Booking is not required for this meet but it’s nice to know you are coming. Site will open on Thursday at 2pm. We are a short riverside walk into the ancient and vibrant town of Peebles. In the beautiful Tweed Valley surrounded by hills, farms and forests Peebles is the centre for many outdoor pursuits – golf, fishing, walking, mountain biking. Forest walks start from the site and the Southern Upland way is only a short drive away, or just stay on the site and watch the herons on the river 50 yards away. Our famous Setterday Nicht Ceilidh with live music and eats is on Saturday 24th. Watch the Sheep dog trials nearby on Sat. 31st. Own sanitation is essential although public toilets are nearby. Fees £6 per unit night, extra adults £1 per night. Site is on the left just past hospital on the A72 Peebles to Biggar road just before the end of 30mph speed limit, follow BCC Scotland signs. June 27 th – July 20 th Temporary Holiday Site Sandmill Farm, Sandhead DG9 9JR MR 82/100510 see YBSB 82/078. South from Stranraer on A716 till junction with B7084(A75) follow signs for Sandhead. Our holiday site at Sandhead is only 500 metres from a sandy beach, and also provides a perfect base from which to explore the Mull of Galloway and the SW corner of Scotland. Ideal for touring Dumfries & Galloway and Wigtownshire. Daytrips by ferry to Ireland from Stranraer and Cairnryan. The start point of the Southern Upland Way is close by. Own sanitation essential. 21st – 26th August BCC National FOL - Springwood Park, Kelso, TD5 8LS. MR 74 725336. Site on the outskirts of Kelso on A699 Kelso to St Boswells road. Please do not go into Kelso centre, follow BCC FOL signs around ring road from Edinburgh and Coldstream roads. This parkland showground, within walking distance of the historic town, has toilets and showers. Entertainment will be in the comfortable Springwood Hall. Theme for FOL is “Cartoons” and we look forward to seeing a colourful display of lights on Saturday evening. Site opens at 2pm on Thursday 21st and all units must clear site by noon on 26th. Site in the grounds of one of the romantic border castles a short walk from Lauder town. There is a regular bus service to other border towns and Edinburgh.
